Burger Patties
INGREDIENTS
- 1x Smart Meals Feeding Bag
- Beef / vegetable / chicken / lamb stock (optional but adds flavour)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Oil for frying
- Rolls, sliced tomato, lettuce, cheese, fried onion, condiments of choice
METHOD
- Begin by cooking the contents of the Smart Meal on the stove in water for 25 – 30 minutes (your choice of stock can be added here).
- Once cooked, drain if necessary and mash the rice mixture.
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Form into patties* and fry in a little oil.
- Build your burger
Can also be shaped into meat(less) balls or even a meat(less) loaf
*to stop the rice mixture from sticking to your hands, moisten your hands with a bit of water
