Summer Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1x Smart Meals Feeding Bag
- 5 ½ cups of water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red-wine vinegar / lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 spring onion
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 diced red/yellow pepper
- Tomato, cucumber, feta, etc
METHOD
- Begin by cooking the contents of the Smart Meal on the stove in water for 25-30 minutes.
- Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Add dressing to cooked SM with parsley and diced onion, carrots, and peppers and any other salad ingredient you fancy.
